For orders placed between 31 October and 31 December 2025, we offer an extended return period. These orders can be exchanged until 15 January 2026. The cancellation deadline is met if you submit a return request via our Return Portal before the deadline and ship the product(s) without unreasonable delay after your request has been approved.
